Schüssel, Plassnik and Swoboda are not yet household names in Brussels, but, as of this month, they will start becoming more and more familiar. The Austrian chancellor, foreign minister and leading MEP will be the ones replacig Blair, Brown and Straw in the collective consciousness of Europe.
